India warns of imminent threat to Jewish, Israeli institutions in New Delhi
The Indian government said Wednesday that it had received concrete intelligence information regarding an imminent threat to Israeli and Jewish institutions in the city, especially tourist-related ones, and decided to reinforce the security at the Chabad houses in the city ahead of the large Passover seders later this week. The local police issued a special warning for the city's area of Paharganj that attracts many tourists, especially backpackers.
