Nuclear watchdog’s non-response to Netanyahu’s charge against Iran
Yukiya Amano, director of the International Atomic Energy Agency said Tuesday: “The agency sends inspectors to sites and locations only when needed,” without providing an answer to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’s disclosure of a secret atomic warehouse in Tehran in his UN speech last week and request for an inspection. “All information obtained, including from third parties, is subject to rigorous review and assessed together with other available information to arrive at an independent assessment based on the agency’s own expertise,” Amano said in a general statement.
