Inferno rips through 24-story tower in London; fatalities reported
A fire broke out early Wednesday morning at the 24-story Grenfell Tower in the North Kensington section of London and quickly spread to the rest of the building. Reports said a number of people were killed and about 50 people were injured. Approximately 200 firefighters were battling the blaze. People were seen leaping from windows or screaming for help. Thick smoke from the fire covered the nearby area. The cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
