Infiltrator from Gaza captured near Netivot after all-night manhunt

A resident of Gaza who was able to get through the border fence near Khan Yunis and enter Israeli territory late Tuesday night was captured Wednesday morning by a force of border policemen and handed over to the authorities for questioning. The IDF did not allow publication of the infiltration during the night but ordered residents of Israeli communities in the border area to stay at home, lock their doors and windows, and avoid traveling on local roads. The infiltrator reached the area of Moshav Maagalim south of the city of Netivot.
