Intense Palestinian gunfire on Border Police patrol on Rte 443

Gunfire from a Palestinian vehicle Tuesday night targeted an Israeli Border Police patrol on Rte 443 along the border fence south of Beit Horon. The Palestinians carried on shooting at the military backup force that came to the rescue. No one was hit. This was the most concentrated outburst of Palestinian gunfire experienced on the vital Jerusalem-Modiin-Tel Aviv highway in the current wave of terror.
