Interior Minister Shaked ready to join an alternative Netanyahu-led cabinet

Ayelet Shaked, co-founder with Naftalli Bennett of the Yemina party, and interior minister in the outgoing government, offered on Wednesday to support opposition leader Binyamin Netanyahu – should he decide to set up an alternative government. This option would obviate a new general election in which caretaker PM Yair Lapid is planning to focus his campaign on running for prime minister.
