Iran reported seeking Russian S400 air defenses against possible air attack

Bloomberg quotes Israeli officials as saying that advanced Russian S400s in Iran’s hands would narrow the window for a potential strike on Tehran’s nuclear program. Iran is reported to be seeking the anti-missiles that can hit aerial targets at a range of 250km. This is not confirmed from Moscow. The same sources told the publication that S400s in Iran’s hands would make an air attack that much harder and riskier.

According to Kan broadcasting, Israel and the US have scheduled a strategic collaboration discussion for next week, to attend which National Security Adviser Tzachi Hanegbi, Defense Ministry official Dror Shalom and Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer will be travelling to Washington.
