Iran vows to double spending on nuclear program

Iran’s defense minister Amir Hatami vowed to double spending on the nuclear “research organization” [which is believed to spearhead the Islamic Republic’s nuclear weapons and missile research]. He spoke on Monday at the funeral of its late head, Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, who was assassinated last Thursday. Hatami like other Iranian leaders pledged to find and punish those responsible for the deed.
