Iranian-Syrian coalition force beefs up air defenses on border with Israel

The head of the Iranian-Syrian-Hizballah coalition force deployed on the Syrian Golan opposite IDF defense lines reported Tuesday that its air defense array along the Israeli border has been beefed up. He cited S-22 batteries. DEBKAfile’s military sources say they have brought in Pantsir S-1 missiles, which are effective against airplanes and drones, but also against ground-to-ground rockets, including cruise missiles.

That is a great deal of equipment to be lost in a SAM Surpression mission. Oh well, the Russians love to sell new gear.

It says in Perek “what is a good thing that a person should choose. A good neighbor”. Israel is surrounded by horrible neighbors similar to an infestation of diseased rodents. They need to be fumigated and removed before they run amuck and cause serious damage. As soon as possible

Jesus was telling jews this lesson, be nice to your neighbors, but they didn’t learn even after 2000 years

And that, Henry, is because for Jews “turning the other cheek” historically has meant getting a another kick on the OTHER side of our people’s ass. The ones who have failed to learn the lesson from Perek are the Palestinians, Flying Spaghetti Monsters or whatever other pseudo-identity these Arab interlopers choose to conjure up for themselves. As a matter of ingrained faith in their religion they are bound NOT TO ACCEPT the presence of infidels (which includes Christians as well as Jews) on their lands. For Israel what this will ultimately have to mean is that there is not ever going to be a two-state solution, nor a one-state solution in which Arabs residing in the Jewish state will have any say in governance, and eventually the expulsion of all Arabs from “the Holy Land” and physical destruction of those who refuse to “get with the program”. We will not tolerate enemies in our midst who seek our destruction. Period.

The real scary thing would be to deploy submarines a along the border because the IDF in Golan are not very strong in flotation devices, but this is a secret, don’t tell anyone!

Pansies S1 was developed in Society Union in 60s and 70s of the last century. Israelis have learned very well to pass these systems.
Yet on Ivana Talya’s post couldn’t agree more.

        Not quite right!
Or else one could say “hey, rockets were developed in China 3000 years ago, Israeli’s Iron Dome is so much obsolete, makes me laugh!”.
Pantsir-S1, like any other weapon has his strengths and also its limitations.
I bet IDF knows how to mitigate, no problem here, but Pantsir-S1 remains dangerous.
What’s new with Pantsir-S1 is its ability to track and down low flying drones, not good at all.
But, there is a payback weakness for the high precision radar, they can not see in the back.
Any stupid rocket could take it down if launched from the right angle.
And, I hope, we will soon see this happening.

Jews are not allowed to fear. It is not part of our religion. Anyone who is a friend of the Jews will be blessed with being attacked by the multitude that hate Gd the creator. Never ever give your back to the enemy and Gd will protect you like the apple of his eye.
