Eshaq Jahangiri Kouhshahi, first vice president of Iran, arrived in Damascus on Monday for talks with top Syrian officials at the head of a large economic delegation. DEBKAfile: They will discuss plans for Syria’s economic recovery and reconstruction after years of devastating civil war. Tehran can’t afford to put up the vast resources for these projects. Moscow, for its part, is counting on China to step in with funding.

Just have more war in Syria until no stone is on its original place and the people of Syria are really terrorized so the front to Syria is weak and Israel is protected as nobody dares to attack her.
