Iraq confirms two ISIS chemical attacks near Kirkuk

A three year old girl was killed and some 600 people injured in two chemical attacks by ISIS in northern Iraq in the small town of Taza, near Kirkuk Saturday, Iraqi officials confirmed in Baghdad Sunday. The same town was attacked by a barrage of rockets carrying chemicals three days earlier. The Islamic group is believed to have set up a special unit for chemical weapons research made up of Iraqi scientists who worked on weapons programs under Saddam Hussein as well as foreign experts. The group is rep[orted to have created limited amounts of mustard gas.
