Iraqi push to root ISIS out of its last Mosul enclave

The Iraqi army announced Saturday that it had launched an operation to capture the last enclave in Mosul still held by the Islamic State, which covers the Old City center and three adjacent districts. The Iraqi air force dropped leaflets on Friday urging some 200,000 residents remaining in the enclave to flee. The UN warned of a human catastrophe in the making.
