Is Merkel preparing her exit?

German Chancellor Angela Merkel has told her CDU party that she will not run for re-election as its chairwoman in December, sources say, after the party took heavy losses in regional elections in Hesse over the weekend. Merkel has been CDU chair since 2000 and German Chancellor since 2005, combining the two posts. Now, she wants to quit the party chair, while saying she wants to remain chancellor. However, sources in Berlin do not expect this long-running political leader to run for chancellor again in 2021 in view of her shrinking political base.

Germany ought to pack her and the rag heads all on trains and send them back to the sand boxes from which they came, . . . she can just choose whichever one she likes best.

Such a piece of trash to have been even allowed to run for office in Germany.

I believe Germany has such collective subconscious guilt after the Shoah that letting the Muslim hordes come in is a was of assuaging that guilt.
