ISIS assassination attempt on Russian envoy to Turkey

Russia’s ambassador to Turkey, Andrei Karlov, was shot while making a speech at an art exhibition in the Turkish capital of Ankara, Russian embassy and Turkish sources reported that the shooter was a radical Muslim. The ambassador is in critical condtion. Some others were also injured in the attack, which came shortly after the announcement of a Russian-Turkish-Iranian meeting in Moscow Tuesday to discuss the next steps for Syria.
