ISIS claims Marseilles attack that killed two women

An Islamic State outlet Monday claimed responsibility for the attack in which two girls of 21 and 17 were stabbed to death Sunday outside the Saint Charles station in central Marseilles. Soldiers on patrol shot him dead. The killer in his late 20s was heard shouting Allahu Akbar.
