ISIS claims mortar attack that killed 8 in Kabul

Eight mortars fired from the back of two vehicles on Saturday slammed into different parts of the Afghan capital, killing at least eight people and injuring 31 others. The Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack after the Taliban disowned it.  One rocket landed in the Iranian embassy compound.
