ISIS claims sniper killed high Saudi officer near Riyadh

An Islamic State affiliate based in Najd Province Thursday claimed responsibility for the shooting attack near Riyadh which killed Saudi Col. Kitab Majed al-Hammadi, chief of internal security in the Al Qwayiyah Province.
