ISIS confirms death of its leader Al Baghdadi

The Islamic State group has confirmed the death of its leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi in an audio statement. Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi al-Qurashi was named as the new leader. DEBKAfile: The new leader is an unknown figure. The name Al-Quraishi has never been mentioned before, either as a senior commander, among the members of ISIS’ Shura council  or associated with the organization’s various committees.

    Shouldn’t take more than a few days to post pictures and rewards for Al-Quraishi, . . . wonder if he has insurance??

    “Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi al-Qurashi ” is a cooked up name because nobody wanted the job so they picked someone and called him Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi al-Qurashi
