ISIS in Sinai kills at least 18 Egyptian soldiers

ISIS claimed an improvised explosive device bombing on an Egyptian security convoy near El Arish Monday which killed 18 troops, two of them officers. A brigadier general lost a leg in the blast. After the explosion destroyed three armored vehicles and a signal-jamming vehicle, the terrorists shot at an ambulance coming to their aid, injuring four emergency aid-givers
