ISIS leader Baghdadi reported wounded but alive

The Islamic State “caliph” Abu Bakr al Baghdadi, who is believed hiding in desert areas near the Iraqi-Syria border was reported wounded but alive by the Iraqi’s Ministry of Defense. More specifically, MOD intelligence thinks he is on the move between Al-Qaim in Iraq’s Anbar governorate and Abu Kamal in Syria’s Deir ez-Zor governorate, on the bank of the Euphrates River, Brig. Gen. Yahya Rasool, the spokesperson for the MOD and for Joint Operations Command, in partnership with the US-led coalition, told Fox News in Baghdad on Tuesday. “There are still ISIS sleeper cells scattered in these desert areas.” He warned: “ISIS as an organization still exists. We still expect terrorists and cells to attack.”
