ISIS plot to bomb Moscow’s public transport system foiled, FSB says

Russia's FSB intelligence service said Thursday that four operatives of an ISIS network in Syria who were planning to carry out terrorist attacks against Moscow's public transportation system have been arrested. It said that the group made up of citizens of Russia and Central Asian countries planned to use improvised explosive devices for the attacks. On April 3, a bomb on a St. Petersburg metro train left 15 people dead.
