ISIS releases video showing oath of allegiance by Normandy terrorists

Islamic State on Wednesday evening released a video showing the two terrorists who murdered an 84-year-old priest in Tuesday's attack on a French church in Normandy swearing allegiance to the terrorist organization and its leaders.
