ISIS strikes again in Iraq, 32 killed

At least 32 people were killed and 110 wounded in a twin suicide bombing that tore through a busy area of central Baghdad on Thursday. The attack was later claimed by the Islamic State terrorists. The Iraqi Ministry of Defense spokesman said the first perpetrator feigned illness to draw a crowd in a busy market, whereupon he detonated his bomb. People rushing to help him were mowed down by the second bomber. This was the first twin bombing in Baghdad since January 2018.
