ISIS suicide car bomb plus gunfire kills 10 Egyptian troops

An Egyptian special forces officer, Col. Ahmed el-Mansi, was among the 10 troops killed Friday by Islamist terrorists in a suicide car-bomb, followed by heavy gunfire, on their checkpoint in the northern Sinai-Gaza border town of Rafah.  Another 20 were injured.
