ISIS threatens to kill Jordanian pilot and Japanese hostage
In a new ISIS video released Tuesday, the Japanese hostage Kenji Goto Jogo holds an image claimed to be the Jordanian pilot First Lieutenant Muath al-Kasaesbeh, aged 27, who was captured by the Islamists in Syria, and threatens his life if the hostage swap for releasing female terrorist Saida al-Rishawi facing execution in Jordan does not go through within 24 hours. Jogo said this was his last message and time is running very short for him too. “It’s me or her,” he said. DEBKAfile: ISIS posted this video in response to reports of Japanese-Jordanian cooperation in the effort to free their nationals.
