Israel allows limited Gaza exports
The export of limited quantities of farm produce from Gaza is to be allowed from Monday, a month after a partial ceasefire ended an 11-day Israel-Hamas conflict. The produce will pass through the Kerem Shalom crossing to the West Bank and abroad.
Textiles from Gaza’s sewing shops will again reach businesses in Israel. In addition, matriculation exam forms will be admitted in time for high school students to sit for exams this coming Thursday. These civilian measures were approved by Israel so long as security stability is maintained by the Hamas rulers of the Palestinian enclave.
