In second wave of Russian missile attacks, 18 are reported killed in Odessa

Ukraine sources report that Russian attacks are sweeping from Kharkiv in the east to Lvov in the West. At least 18 people were reported killed in a Russian attack on Odessa, on the Black Sea. Smoke is rising over the Ukrainian defense ministry in Kyiv. Two Russian cargo ships are reported to have been hit by Ukrainian fire on the Sea of Azov. The Ukrainian military claims to have shot down three Russian helicopters.  However, according to the German Bild, Ukraine’s Black Sea front has collapsed and Russian forces have reached the Dnieper River in the center of the country.
