Israel sends emegency quake aid to Syria

Israel is transfering blankets, tents, medicines, medical treatment, excavating equipment  and other aid to Syria as emergency relief for the disastrous earthquake still rumbling across the country and Turkey. Israel and Syria who share a border are in a state of war.  Although this Assad regime demoed this, the request for help was indeed forwarded to Israel from Russia.
