Israel rules Palestinian request for ICC probe invalid

The Israeli Foreign Ministry ruled invalid Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad al Maliki’s application to the International Criminal Court to probe Israel’s alleged human rights violations associated with its “settlement policies.” Israel said the action was “cynical” and invalid since the ICC has no jurisdiction over the Israeli Palestinian issue, because Israel is not a member of the ICC and because the Palestinian Authority is not a state.

There are too many globalist commissions set up to politically tar and feather certain specific nations, impose an agenda set by un-elected, self-appointed elites, take away national rights, over-ride constitutions, undermine security, and wipe out identities in order to replace them with one-world government or destroy them through Islamization.

The answer given by Israel is perfect because it reminds this biased body that its jurisdiction is a fiction and that they are a closed group of which Israel is not a member. I wish that Israel would also quit the UN because that horrible institution is for terrorists and terror nations and works full-time against Israel. The UN is beyond repair.

viciously ignorant gathering of pompous parasites: the “U/united N/nazis” !

Please be indulgent a little with us Europeans!
We have over 1 thousand years long history of pogroms, it is not easy to think straight.
Gradually, in 2-3 thousands years we shall correct, but until that time one must cope with some bias.

If Israel quite the spineless UN, who will the U.N. complain about?

There is a nuisance since ICC can investigate cases of violence against members of the organization by any entity outside of the organization.
Since Israel is not a member it cannot even appeal legality of PA membership.
