Israel shoots down small drone crossing from Lebanon

The IDF reported that on Thursday, soldiers identified and downed a drone crossing from Lebanon towards Zar’it.  Who sent the drone was not identified. “The IDF will continue to prevent any attempt to violate Israeli sovereignty,” the military said.

Last month, Israel said Lebanese terrorist group Hizballah was behind a rare roadside bomb attack in March  that wounded a motorist at the Megiddo junction in northern Israel, and in the past has said it shot down the group’s drones.
