Israel tells residents of Beit Lehiya N. Gaza they may return home

The IDF warned the northern Gaza population to evacuate ten days ago ahead of a major operation to root out terrorists. That operation is over, but residents were also warned to beware of booby-traps Hamas had planted in entire residential streets against Israeli troops.
