Israel will react powerfully to any attempted attack

Commenting on US preparations for an operation against Syria, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said Tuesday that Israel was ready for any scenario. Although uninvolved in the Syrian crisis, Israel will not hesitate to react to any attempted attacks – and will do so forcefully. The Israeli security cabinet cancelled its scheduled meeting Tuesday at the last moment without explanation to the ministers.
