Israeli air force in action over Gaza after Beersheba hit by missile
The Israeli air force went into action early Wednesday after a Palestinian Grad missile from the Gaza Strip struck a home in Beersheba, causing extensive damage to the building and surrounding homes. A woman and three children were rescued from the wrecked home. Six people were injured, most of them victims of shock. A second Grad was aimed at a city in central Israel and dropped into the sea. An Egyptian intelligence delegation on a visit to Gaza is trying to negotiate a ceasefire.
