Israeli air strike misses Hamas missile chief

The IDF spokesman Monday corrected his Sunday communique reporting the death of Yihye a-Baya,  head of the Hamas missile system, in an Israeli air strike.  He now reports that the terrorist largely responsible for the Palestinian missile war on Israel escaped the strike, which mistakenly hit a Palestinian family home killing 10 civilians, inluding 5 children.
