Israeli and British prime ministers discuss a free trade zone
UK Prime Minister Theresa May hosted visiting Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu for lunch at 10 Downing Street Monday and a discussion on Iran, the Syrian war and details of establishing a free zone between their two countries. In remarks later to reporters, both noted that their talks were friendly. While May stressed the importance Britain attaches to a two-state solution of the Israeli-Palestinian dispute, Netanyahu did not respond, but instead laid stress on the dangers posed by Iran to the Middle East.
