Israeli clocks switch to winter time early Sunday

Daylight saving time ends at 2 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 28, when Israelis wind their clocks back to 1 a.m., coinciding with the European Union but not the US.  Daylight savings time returns on March 29, 2019.
