Israeli injured in West Bank vehicular attack, terrorist escapes

A Palestinian terrorist driving a vehicle hit an Israeli pedestrian near Homesh in the West Bank and fled on Monday afternoon. The victim suffered light injuries. IDF forces launched a manhunt and set up roadblocks in the area.
