Israeli soldier injured by Palestinian rioters at Joseph’s Tomb

A Palestinian mob rioted overnight Monday when a large group of 2,000 Jewish worshippers paid a Yom Kippur Eve visit to Joseph’s Tomb near Nablus. They arrived in convoy under the escort of a large IDF force. The moment the prayer service began, Palestinian rocks, fire bombs and firecrackers began flying in an attempt to break through the protective circle. A soldier was hit in the face and taken to hospital.
