Israeli warplanes strike Hamas military facilities in Gaza
For the second time in 48 hours, Israel conducted air strikes Friday night against Hamas targets in the Gaza Strip in response for Palestinian rocket attacks. They targeted Hamas military facilities in the northern sector and were reinforced by IDF artillery fire. Earlier, an Iron Dome battery intercepted one of two Palestinian rockets fired into Israel. The second landed harmlessly on vacant ground.
