Israel’s coronavirus tally stands at 1,656, 31 in serious condition

From Monday night to Tuesday morning, the number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Israel jumped from 1,442 to 1,656. The number of serious cases rose from 29 to 31. Further lockdown restrictions are now in force.
