Japan jolted by 7.3 earthquake, small tsunamis

The quake of magnitude 7.3 was widely felt in Tokyo early Saturday, but there were no immediate signs of serious damage. Small tsunamis of up to 40 centimeters hit shore at four places 290 kilometers from the crippled Fukushima nuclear plant. No rise in radiation levels were reported.
