Jerusalem and Tel Aviv district chiefs in line as next police chief

Gilad Erdan, Minister of Public Security and Strategic Affairs, Thursday announced his three candidates as next Commissioner of Police. They are Jerusalem District chief Commander Yoram Halevy, Tel Aviv District chief Commander David Bitan and retired commander Moshe (Chico) Ederi, who was past head of both commands.
