Jordanian ambassador returns to Tel Aviv

The Jordanian government announced Monday that Ambassador Walid Obeidat would be returning to his post in Tel Aviv after a three-month absence. He was recalled over the clashes in Jerusalem around Temple Mount duruing whichIsraeli police broke into Al Aqsa mosque to curb Palestinian violence. Amman commends the improved situation at the shrine and the growing number of Muslim worshippers flocking to the mosques there.
