Kabul airport blast causes 3 US personnel casualties, kills 13 Afghans

An ISIS suicide bomber is believed responsible for the explosion outside the Abbey Gate of Kabul airport, which according to first reports claimed 3 US personnel among the wounded. Taliban reported 13 dead including children. The airport remains on high alert for more terrorist attacks as Western powers struggle to evacuate their personnel and Afghan helpers in the wake of the Taliban takeover.
