Kazakhstan joins search for missing Malaysian Boeing

Astana responded Monday to a request from Kuala Lumpur to help in the search for the Malaysian airliner lost for nine days with 239 people abroad.. The Kazakhs said they had not detected any unsanctioned use of their air space. The Malaysian government reports that 26 countries are now looking for the plane.
