Kerry delays return to DC to meet Lavrov in Paris

A day after Russian President Vladimir Putin phoned his US counterpart and they agreed to discuss their differences on Ukraine, Secretary of State John Kerry rescheduled his return home to meet Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in Paris later Sunday. The minister repeated Putin’s statement that Russia while concentrating troops on their common border had no intention of invading Ukraine at this time.
