Kerry flies to Geneva to sign nuclear deal with Zarif

After his third meeting with the Israeli prime minister Friday, Secretary of State John Kerry flies to Geneva to sign a new deal negotiated between the Six Powers and Iran for a freeze on its nuclear program in return for eased sanctions. DEBKAfile: The agreement is ready for signing.

Binyamin Netanyahu has called the deal a “monumental, historic mistake,” and for Tehran "the deal of the century" for which the Iranians have conceded nothing and gained limited sanctions relief. Israel is not obliged by this agreement and will do everything it needs to do to defend itself and defend the security of its people,” he said.
