Kerry: Iran has only $3 billion worth of profits from nuclear deal

US Secretary of State John Kerry said Monday that contrary to claims by some opponents of the nuclear agreement with Iran that Tehran would enjoy a windfall of $100 billion or even $150 billion following the lifting of sanctions, it has only recovered $3 billion of its assets so far. Kerry made the remarks on the day that he met in New York with his Iranian counterpart Mohammad Javad Zarif, who came to the US to press his country's claim that the lifting of sanctions is not being carried out at the promised pace.
