Kerry takes sharp issue with US lawmakers’ nuclear deal rebuff

US Secretary of State John Kerry says he "profoundly disagrees" with the reasoning behind decisions by two prominent Democratic lawmakers to vote against the nuclear deal he negotiated with Iran.
