Kerry to Syria: Just hand over your chemical arsenal

At a news conference in London, US Secretary of State John Kerry said a US strike against Syria was easily prevented: All Damascus had to do was to hand over its chemical stockpiles into international custody. Washington agrees that the solution of the Syrian crisis was political not military, he said, and America was not going to war but preparing a limited operation to disrupt the Assad regime’s ability to use chemical weapons.
